Good questions
What kind of file can I upload?
JPG, PNG, PDF or SVG files up to 20 MB. High-contrast artwork (dark design on a light background) engraves best. If your file isn't perfect, upload what you have and add a note. We'll work with you on the layout.
Can I just add names and a date without a file?
Every order asks for a design file so we know the look you want. A photo or screenshot of a style you like works great. Then add your names, date and any quote in the text fields.
Can you engrave both sides?
Yes. Choose "Front + Back" on the product page and tell us what to put on the back, or upload a second file.
Will my board look exactly like the photos?
Acacia is a natural wood, so every board has its own grain pattern and color. Your engraving will be laid out to fit your board.
How do I care for my board?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then dry it right away. Don't soak it or put it in the dishwasher. A little food-safe mineral oil now and then keeps it looking its best.
Can you fix or engrave a board I already own?
Yes. We offer mail-in resurfacing, repairs and engraving for boards and other items you already have. See our custom work and request a free quote.
Can I order boards for my business?
