We sand out knife marks, stains and dull spots, then re-oil the wood so your board looks and feels new again.

Cracks, splits, loose glue joints and deep gouges. If your board can be saved, we'll fix it and get it back in the kitchen.
Engrave Your Own Board
Already have a board you love, or one you received as a gift? Send it in and we'll laser engrave names, dates, logos or artwork onto it.

Custom work questions
Can every board be saved?
Most can. Knife marks, stains and dull finishes sand right out. Severe warping or very deep cracks sometimes can't be fixed, so we'll look at your description and photos first and tell you honestly before you ship it.
How much does custom work cost?
It depends on the item, its size and condition, and what you'd like done. Every job gets its own free quote, and you'll know the price before you send anything. Once you approve it, we'll email you a secure link to pay online.
Why does the quote request go through checkout?
It's how we safely receive your photos and contact info. Your total is $0.00, so nothing is charged. It just gives your request an order number we can track.
How does shipping work?
Once you approve your quote, we'll email you mailing instructions. You're responsible for getting your item to us (we recommend tracked, insured shipping), and return shipping is included in your quote, sent back tracked and insured. Full details are in our Mail-In Policy.
Can you engrave something that isn't a cutting board?
Often, yes. We engrave many wood items and other flat surfaces. Tell us what it is in the form and we'll let you know.
Can you make a matching set or a bulk order?
Yes. Matching boards are great for wedding parties, realtor closing gifts and company gifts. Include the quantity and any design details in your request.
Can I add engraving to a custom build or a resurfaced board?
Absolutely. Mention what you'd like engraved in your request and we'll include it in your quote.
